XBee Studio allows you to automatically update the application without downloading any extra files. This process can be configured to execute automatically, but you can also execute it manually at any time.
If you have enabled the automatic updates, you may be notified about software updates when you open XBee Studio. You should always run the latest version of the tool.

When a new version is available, a notification bar appears asking you if you want to update the application.

Click Yes to start the update process.

When the installation process is finished, you must restart XBee Studio so new changes can be applied. When prompted, click Yes to restart the tool.
You can also check for updates and manually update the tool by clicking Help > Check for updates.
