The Digi Remote Manager account you set up while getting started with your ConnectCore 95 Development Kit kit is only for one kit evaluation and is not a valid production account. You must create a new production account in Remote Manager to register ConnectCore 95 SOMs.

Your ConnectCore 95 SOM includes five years of Digi Essential ConnectCore Cloud Services. To create a Digi Remote Manager account and provision your devices for production:

  1. Go to https://remotemanager.digi.com/ui/login?page=signup_device

  2. Enter the Ethernet MAC address of your device, its default device password, and your email address.

    You can find these values from the U-Boot variables ethaddr and drm_ic, by running the sysinfo command on the device, or by scanning the Data Matrix code on the device label.

  3. Click Submit. You will receive an email from Digi to activate your Remote Manager account.

  4. Click the Activate account link in the email. A form opens to enter personal and company details.

  5. Fill in all the fields on the form:

    1. Digi Remote Manager Account: First name and last name of the main user account.

    2. Company / Billing Information: Information used for billing purposes.

    3. Terms of Service acceptance: You must carefully read and accept the Digi OEM ConnectCore Cloud Services Terms of Service.

  6. Click Submit. You will receive a welcome email from Digi.

  7. Click the Set password link in the email. A form opens to create your account password.

  8. Enter the password in both fields and click Submit. You are redirected to the login page.

The device used to create your Remote Manager account is automatically registered into your account.
