When your simulation is ready, you can launch it.
To launch the gs-sample simulation, follow these steps:

Open a terminal or console.

Go to the installation directory:

Windows:
PS C:\> cd <installation_dir>\DeviceSimulator -
Linux or macOS:
$ cd <installation_dir>/DeviceSimulator

Execute the simulator with the simulation to launch:

Windows:
PS C:\> .\dsimulator.bat -s samples\gs-sample -
Linux or macOS:
$ ./dsimulator -s samples/gs-sample

The application prompts for your Digi Remote Manager credentials to register simulated devices. You can include your account credentials as parameters, see Launch parameters.

As of this point, the simulation is running. You can stop its execution by using Ctrl+C.
