You can export the device tree of your design. To export the device tree:

  1. Select a design.

  2. Click the Export arrow from the main toolbar and then click Export device tree. A browse dialog appears. (You can also click File > Export > Export device tree.)

  3. Select the path and designate a filename for the device tree file.

  4. Click Save.

    The device tree generated by Digi Smart IOmux is a guideline that requires additional customization. After exporting the file, you must:

    1. Verify the calculated pin assignments with the hardware reference manual for your platform.

    2. Review the commented lines.

    3. Add the specific values for your hardware.
