Delete an OpenVPN Connect user profile from your mobile device

You can delete a user profile from the OpenVPN Connect client installed on your mobile device.

Note If you have the same user profile configured on both your computer and your mobile device, you should delete the profile from both. See Delete an OpenVPN Connect user profile from your computer.

  1. Launch the OpenVPN Connect client on your mobile device.

  2. Make sure that a user profile is not is not connected to the network.

    • Disconnected: If you see the word Disconnected at the top of the page, you are disconnected and can proceed.

    • Connected: If you see the word Connected at the top of the page, you are connected. Click the user profile name to disconnect. A confirmation dialog may display. If it does, click Confirm in the confirmation dialog.

  3. Click the Edit icon next to the profile you want to delete. The Edit Profile page displays.

  4. Click the DELETE PROFILE button at the bottom of the page. A confirmation dialog displays.

  5. Click Yes to complete the deletion.
