View SIM card details

You can review detailed information about each registered SIM card in the Cellular Overview page. A graphical overview of the SIM cards displays at the top of the page, and detailed information displays in the bottom of the page.

  1. Log into Digi Axess.
  2. Click the Cellular icon on the toolbar on the left side of the dashboard to display the Cellular Overview page.
  3. Review the overview information in the All SIM Cards section at the top of the page.

    ItemDescription

    Total SIM Cards

    The total number of Digi-supplied SIM cards that are registered.

    Active SIM Cards

    The number of SIM cards that have been activated.

    Inactive SIM Cards

    The number of SIM cards that have not been activated.

    SIM Card Distribution

    A chart that shows the number of SIM cards by carrier. A legend for the chart displays beneath the chart.

    SIM Card Status

    A chart that shows the number of active and inactive SIM cards. A legend for the chart displays beneath the chart.

  4. Review the detailed SIM card information in the SIM Cards section at the bottom of the page.

    Filter the list

    You can use the search fields to filter the list of SIM cards. As you enter a text string into a field, only SIM cards that match the string display. You can enter information into more than one field.

    Toolbar buttons

    You can use the toolbar buttons to configure the SIM Cards section.

    View Device

    Click View Device to navigate to the Device Summary page for the device.
