Review a notification message

You can review the notification content. Detailed information about when and from where the notification was sent as well as the notification text.

1. Access the Digi Axess Admin page. You must have Admin or Device User privileges to access this page. However, only users with Admin privileges can access the Notification Management section.

2. From the Notification Management section in the Admin dashboard, click Change next to Notifications. As an alternative, you can click Notifications from the dashboard pane on the left of the screen. The Notifications page displays.

3. Filter the list to find the notification you want to review.

4. Click a notification subject line from the Subject column. Notification details display.

   Tab	Description
   Details	Click the Details tab to show details about the notification. This tab displays by default. Subject: The type of notification. Level: The urgency status of the notification. Notification Time: The date and time on which the notification was sent. Source: The device that initiated the notification. Click Source to navigate to the Devices page and review that device.
   Message	Click the Message tab to show the notification text and review the message. Message: The notification message. Details: Details about the device that initiated the alert, such as the serial number, device name, alert time, and last report date and time. Links: Links to additional information. Click the link to navigate to the associated Digi Axess page. Attachments: Review any attachments.
   Acknowledgements	Reserved for future use.

5.   Click Close to return the Notifications screen.
