Quick start | New Digi Remote Manager account creation
Are you new to the Digi universe, to Digi Remote Manager, and our Digi 360 or Lifecycle assurance devices? If you have one of these devices and you do not already have a Digi Remote Manager account, then this process will guide you through the steps you need to create one.
If an account already exists for the company, log in to Digi Remote Manager and then register the new device(s).
Step 1: Gather information

The device identifier and default device password for a never-registered Digi 360 or Lifecycle Assurance device.
This information can be found on the sticker attached to the bottom of the device or on the extra label included in the device packaging. This information helps us verify your request to create the account.

Email address of the person responsible for receiving Digi Remote Manager communications.
Step 2: Create the new account
Tip The following procedure outlines how to use the camera to scan the QR code to populate the MAC Address and Default Device Identifier fields in the wizard. Alternatively, you can manually type this information. If you do type this information, note that if your device has both a MAC address and IMEI number, use the MAC address.

Go to remotemanager.digi.com.

On the login page that displays, click Create account.
The Create Account page displays.

Hold the device label up to the camera and wait for the MAC Address and Default Device Identifier fields to populate.

Type the email address of the person responsible for receiving Digi Remote Manager communications.

Click Submit.
A confirmation message displays.
Once we verify your information, you will receive an email.

Type the information in the fields.

Click Submit.
You will receive a second email.

In the Your Tasks section of the email, click the Set Password link and follow the prompts.
The new Digi Remote Manager account is created.
