Upgrade the modem firmware from the Actions menu in Remote Manager

This procedure explains how to upgrade modem firmware using the Actions menu in Remote Manager.

1. In Devices, select the checkbox for the device(s) with the modems you want to upgrade.

2. Click Actions.

   The Actions menu displays.

3. Search for or scroll to find the Cellular Modem Firmware Upgrade button.

4. Click Cellular Modem Firmware Upgrade.

   The Cellular Modem Firmware Update panel displays.

   If your Digi router has one modem, it is already selected.

   If your Digi device has more than one modem, select the one you want to upgrade from the list.

5. From the list, select the desired firmware version.

6. Click Update.

The modem firmware is upgraded.

If your devices have more than one modem, repeat this procedure.
