Options for upgrading modem firmware
There are several methods to upgrade modem firmware. It is important to know the DAL OS firmware running on your Digi device as that determines the methods available to you. Each method and links to those instructions are listed below. Before proceeding, make sure to review the list of considerations in Before you begin.
Methods you can use when running DAL OS 24.9 or older

Remote manager using the Templates feature.
