Change the y-axis range in the global view

The minimum and maximum values for the y-axis range are automatically scaled, as defined by the values of the data in the selected automations. You can change the range if needed.

1. Log into Digi Axess.
2. Click the Data Analysis icon on the toolbar on the left side of the dashboard. The Data Analysis page displays.

   

3. Create a data analysis graph or load a filter.

4. Click Y-Axis ranges. The Configure Y-Axis Ranges dialog displays.

5. The y-axis range selection in the dialog depends on the y-axis selection for the filter.

   • One y-axis: If you have only one metric selected, or if you have multiple metrics and only one y-axis for all of them, a single y-axis option displays.

     

   • Multiple y-axes: If you have more than one metric selected and have chosen to display a separate y-axis for each metric, a y-axis option displays for each metric.

     

6. De-select the Auto Scale option for the y-axes that you want to define. The Min and Max fields for the y-axis range becomes available.

7. In the Min and Max fields, enter the desired y-axis range.

8. Click Update. The page is updated to reflect the change.

9. You can revert back to the automatically applied scale choice by repeating this process and selecting Auto Scale for the y-axis.
