Review a filter in the global view

You can review information about a data analysis filter created for the global view.

1. Access the Digi Axess Admin page. You must have Admin or Device User privileges to access this page. However, only users with Admin privileges can access the Device Management section.

2. From the Device Management section in the Admin dashboard, click Shared Data Filters. As an alternative, you can click Device Management > Shared Data Filters from the dashboard pane on the left of the page. The Shared Data Filters page displays.
3. A list of the filters display in the page. You can scroll through the list or use the search fields to search for a data analysis filter.
4. Review the information about the selected filter.

   Item	Description
   Query Name	The name of the data analysis filter. Click the filter name link to display more detailed information about the filter. Query Information tab: Shows more information about the filter. Click the user name in the Created by field to display information about the user in the Users page. Query Definition tab: Shows the filter code.
   Owner	The name of the device group that is assigned to the filter.
   Created by	The user that created the filter.
   Privacy	The privacy status of the filter. Private: The filter is only available to you. Shared: The filter can be shared with anyone in the specified device group.
   Device Count	The number of devices included in the filter.
   Created at	The date and time at which the filter was created.
   Updated at	The date and time at which the filter was last updated. If the filter has not been updated, then the Updated at entry matches the Created at entry.
