Save a data analysis filter in the global view

You can save a data analysis graph that you have created. This feature enables you to launch the same data analysis graph at any time. You can save a graph that is available to only you, or you can choose to save the graph for a specified device group, so that it can applied to any device in that group

  1. Log into Digi Axess.
  2. Click the Data Analysis icon on the toolbar on the left side of the dashboard. The Data Analysis page displays.

  3. Create a data analysis global view graph.
  4. Click Save as a New Filter. The Save Filter page dipslays.
  5. In the Filter Name field, enter a descriptive name for the filter.
  6. Select a Sharing option:
    • Private (Only me): Click this option if this filter should be only available to you.
    • Shared (Device group): Click this option if this filter should be shared with anyone in the specified device group. When you select this option, the Share with device group list box displays. Click in the list box and type in a device group name in the search field, or scroll through the list.
  7. Click Save. A "successfully saved" banner displays at the top of the page.
