Add a subaccount

If you are an administrator of an account for which the subaccount feature has been enabled, you can create additional OEM Cloud accounts that function as subaccounts. When you create a subaccount, you also automatically create a user for the account that is an administrator for the account.

1. Log in to OEM Cloud as an administrator of an account for which the subaccount feature has been enabled.
2. Click Admin > Customers.
3. Click Add Subaccount.
4. Provide the following information:

Company: Enter the company name for the account.

Email: Provide an email contact for the account.

User name: Assign a username for the account.

Password: Provide an initial password for the account user.

5. Click OK.

A new OEM Cloud account is created as a subaccount of the current account.
