Enter Binary Command mode

To enter Binary Command mode, you must first be in Command mode:

1. Set RT to 1; see RT (GPI1 Configuration).
2. Assert CMD by driving pin 29 high to enter Binary Command mode.
3. Disable hardware flow control.

CTS (pin 25) is high when the firmware executes a command. That is why you must disable hardware flow control, because CTS holds off parameter bytes.
