This section shows the pin positions for serial devices connected to your device.
10-wire jack (female)
ConnectPort TS products use an RJ-45 10-wire jack (female), with Pin 1 in the following location:

Note *Use the Altpin setting to swap these two signals: DSR and DCD. NOTE: Altpin setting is only applicable in EIA-232 mode.
