smscell

Purpose

Sends a message to a destination via Short Message Service (SMS).

Required permissions

For Digi products with two or more users, permissions must be set to set permissions s-sms-cellular=rw to use this command. See set permissions for details on setting user permissions for commands.

Syntax

smscell [sendmsg=to,text]

Options

sendmsg=to,text

Sends the specified message to the specified destination.

to

The message destination.

text

The message text.
